以家庭为中心的入院

All matriculating students are required to complete GA’s 以家庭为中心的入院 Process.   We intentionally provide a two way process so that prospective families and students are provided with the thoughtful information they need to best understand our program, 哲学, 课程与社区.  Our goal is to ensure that our students are in the best position possible to be both happy and successful at GA by learning as much as we can about them, and by providing them the opportunity to learn about GA!

入学步骤

父母输入, school information and admission assessments help us get to know each applicant and we use this combination of subjective and objective information to assess the match between prospective students and our program.  入学 decisions are made after careful review of each applicant’s complete file. 

小学高年级入学程序

申请-新家庭: To submit an application to GA, please start with the online 调查 form. You will be asked to create a password protected account in order to join our vwin德赢娱乐入学门户. To complete the application, please submit the following forms:

• 申请费 

The vwin德赢娱乐 入学 portal will allow you to monitor all steps of the admission process.

应用-当前ga系列: 要向GA提交申请，请输入 vwin德赢娱乐入学门户 through your existing family account where you will be prompted to 添加新申请人. To complete the application, please submit the following forms:

家庭信息会: Upon submission of your application, you will be able to sign up for your 家庭资讯会. 

父之旅: 我们邀请您访问GA虚拟使用我们的 虚拟之旅.  You may also sign up for a Tuesday Tour when you schedule your admission appointments, 或通过am@GA入场活动访问我们.

学生访问:  学生 applying to 3rd through 5th Grades will have a 2-day on campus visit in their current grade.  All student visitors must comply with our health and safety guidelines.  We will begin the process of scheduling 学生访问s on September 1.    

学生评价: All applicants to 3rd through 5th Grades must complete the WISC-V. 

老师的建议: 我们需要一个 老师的推荐 from your child’s current teacher so that we may best understand their current school experience and gather information from the person who best knows your child in that setting.

Teacher Recommendation information is held in the strictest confidence between the evaluator and vwin德赢娱乐. 父母/Guardians provide the evaluator with permission to complete this confidential form by sending it directly to them. 父母/Guardians will not have access to this information. 老师的建议 will not become a part of a student’s permanent record.

记录: 我们需要现在和过去 学校记录 适用于每个申请人. This information helps us to understand the academic growth and development of your child over time.

决策: 入学 decisions are made with the best interest of the child in mind. We strive to ensure that our applicants will be equally successful and happy at GA. Our decision notification for 上小学 begins in December and we continue to fill spaces until our class is full (please see 入学时间).
